Technology Program Management Head

BFI is looking for experienced and talented engineers to join our team! You will provide technical leadership and mentorship through pairing, daily stand-ups, project management and ongoing support. You will build a highly performing team and high collaboration with other team and expertise across BFI. You will be responsible to keep your team stay on track, remove any roadblocks, and facilitate timely decision-making

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tribe leadership team to remain focused on product vision, product goals, and sprint goals by utilizing Agile SCRUM framework.
• Identify dependencies in digital product development programs and to help drive multiple squads toward a resolution path in order to eliminate roadblocks and reduce delay risk for a tribe.
• Regularly coaching, training, sharing and mentoring sessions for less experienced team members.
• Monitoring tribe's health in order to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the creation of development roadmap of a portfolio of digital products for a tribe in collaboration with teams.

Job Requirements:

• 12+ Years of experience with experiences as Head of Digital Program or Technical Program Management.
• Expert level of knowledge & ability to implement in multiple squads at tribe level.
• Role modeling of Agile SCRUM values.
• Provide consistent expert level coaching as needed for the Scrum Masters within the tribe to develop their ability to drive the agile SCRUM framework
• Expert level in ability to drive efficiencies & impact by anticipating & preventing development process issues within the tribe.
• Hold PSM's certification.

You will be working with distributed team, whether from our office in BSD or remotely. You will also become more knowledgeable with financial industry both professionally and individually.
