  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize banking solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and assess client needs, specifically in core banking systems, digital banking, and financial applications.
  2. Provide functional expertise and act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  3. Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
  4. Lead solution design workshops, ensuring alignment between client needs and technology solutions.
  5. Participate in the configuration and customization of core banking platforms.
  6. Support the implementation of banking modules, covering key areas such as payments, loans, and customer onboarding.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.
  8. Collaborate with development teams to ensure functional requirements are understood and delivered.
  9. Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory requirements in banking and fintech.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in the banking or financial services sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial products (loans, deposits, payments, etc.).
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
