Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager at HTA Indonesia Group located in Tangerang. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets.

Qualifications

  • Production Management, Inventory Management, and Quality Control skills
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
