Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of brand activations and marketing events across various channels, with a focus on the Singapore, Indonesia and other business verticals.
  • Ensure alignment with the brand’s strategic goals for Luxehouze Luxury, ensuring that all events and activations reflect the brand’s core values and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand presence and messaging during events.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to drive innovative event strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of events and brand activations, reporting on ROI and making data-driven decisions to optimize future events.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of brand activations including events such as bazaars, private gatherings, satellite booths, and other in-house or external events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A focus on event management, brand management, or luxury brands is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or marketing, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
  • At least 1 year experience in a leadership role (managing intern or junior staff)
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful brand activations and events that align with brand strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and engaging brand activations that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analytical skills to monitor event performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions for future improvements.
  • High stamina and willingness to work overtime to ensure the success of events and activations are preferred for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for event execution across different locations, including Singapore and Indonesia.

  • Successfully runs Luxehouse’s luxury and other verticals activations to generate traffic, leads, deals, and revenue.
  • Effectively runs Luxehouse’s luxury and other verticals activations with good ROI.
  • Achieve good brand perception metrics as measured through consumer surveys and social media sentiment analysis.
