Role Description

Key Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Overseeing the performance of client accounts on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Driving sales growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensuring smooth product listing, promotional activities, and timely updates on digital platforms.
  • Regularly monitoring sales performance, stock levels, and ensuring product availability across all channels.
  • Coordinating closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Assisting with the development and execution of strategies for brand growth and visibility.
  • Handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Reporting regularly on account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working in close coordination with the Key Account Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year experience in a similar role, experience in handling Women Fashion Brands is more preferable
  • Understanding platform policies and technical operations, at a minimum: TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation skill & relationship building with Key Client Accounts
  • Solid knowledge of store management principles
  • Strong understanding of data and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly
