Role Description
Key Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Overseeing the performance of client accounts on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
- Driving sales growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensuring smooth product listing, promotional activities, and timely updates on digital platforms.
- Regularly monitoring sales performance, stock levels, and ensuring product availability across all channels.
- Coordinating closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to fulfill client requirements.
- Assisting with the development and execution of strategies for brand growth and visibility.
- Handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting regularly on account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working in close coordination with the Key Account Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar role, experience in handling Women Fashion Brands is more preferable
- Understanding platform policies and technical operations, at a minimum: TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation skill & relationship building with Key Client Accounts
- Solid knowledge of store management principles
- Strong understanding of data and attention to detail
- Ability to respond quickly
