Bootcamp Facilitator

Hi everyone!

Rumah Siap Kerja is hiring Facilitator Freelance for one of our Bootcamp at Bali on Sept, 17 until 19 2024. If you're passionate for making a positive impact! This position fit for you!

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a facilitator for both offline and online activities.
2. Experience in leading or participating in outbound activities.
3. Proficiency in using Google Workspace (including Sheets, Slides, and Docs) and video conferencing tools (such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
4. Strong communication skills, both effective and collaborative.
5. Resides near the Bootcamp location and is willing to attend on-site.

Responsibilities:

1. Attend scheduled briefing sessions promptly and effectively.
2. Review all materials and worksheets thoroughly before the Bootcamp begins.
3. Assist and supervise participants throughout the Bootcamp.
4. Ensure participants' learning needs are met during the training process.
5. Encourage active participation from all participants during the activities.
6. Observe and assess participants' engagement and participation throughout the Bootcamp.
