We are hiring for a Digital Banking Company. Our client is the first digital bank on the cloud based. This position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Must be Indonesian.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Min. 8+ years’ experience.
• Extensive experience in retail credit, with a focus on business growth and risk management.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Business Growth

• Ensure growth initiatives are aligned with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance loan applications and strengthen customer engagement.
• Drive innovation in credit products to address market demands and customer needs.

Risk Operations

• Uphold rigorous credit underwriting standards and policies.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage and mitigate credit risks.

Operations & Collections

• Lead collections efforts to minimize delinquencies and improve cash recovery.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Oversee loan disbursement and customer support to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.

Performance Marketing

• Formulate strategies to increase credit application volume.
• Optimize customer acquisition costs and evaluate marketing performance metrics.
• Leverage digital channels for targeted lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Expansion

• Strategically plan and execute market entry into new geographical areas.
• Conduct thorough feasibility assessments to evaluate market potential.
• Ensure profitability and long-term sustainability of operations in new locations.
