Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Function:

• Record all invoices into the accounting system.
• Keep an up-to-date AP statement for each vendor.
• Create invoices for clients based on Sales Orders (SO) or delivery notes (BAK).
• Send invoices to clients and monitor their payment status.
• File monthly income tax reports for Article 23 and Article 4(2).
• Generate electronic tax invoices (e-faktur) for each client.
• Obtain withholding tax documents from clients.
• Properly file bank vouchers, bank statements, and general journals.
• Prepare financial data and information as requested by auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Service-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and strong situational awareness.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
• Able to join immediately.
