Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic tech team. This role is pivotal in driving all product initiatives in collaboration with our design and engineering teams. If you are passionate about building impactful products and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Analyse user behaviour and identify gaps to align product features with business goals. Collect and prioritise requirements from key department stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Product Ownership: Manage the entire product suite and lifecycle end-to-end. This includes scoping, sprint planning, execution, post-release communication, analysis and owning product metrics.
  • Culture of Accountability: Implement and foster a culture of accountability through robust product measurement and analytics. Ensure that all product decisions are data-driven and measurable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the needs of users, ensuring that the product delivers exceptional value and a superior user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience for 4 years as a Product Manager, in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making; Capable of analysing data to uncover details and establish success metrics for each project.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills aimed at enhancing collaboration, understanding, and information exchange among all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in collaborating with agile product development teams and discovering new methods to improve team effectiveness. Experience with distributed teams is preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
