Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' first point of contact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Feedback and Reporting:
  • Collect and document customer feedback and insights to help improve our services.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions and issues.
  • Knowledge Management:
  • Stay updated with the latest information about our services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and issues.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the transportation or ride-hailing industry.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
