Position Overview

We're seeking a results-driven HR Talent Acquisition Consultant Partner to drive our client's recruitment efforts on a freelance - profit sharing scheme.

This role is perfect for a seasoned recruiter with a passion for finding top-tier talent, who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment.

You'll collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring our client's hiring needs are met while maintaining a stellar candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Devise and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies that align with our client's unique business goals and hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for each applicant.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Provide expert guidance and support to our team throughout the recruitment process, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with us to enhance our client's employer brand, positioning them as an employer of choice in their industry.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally from staff level up to middle manager level with diverse sectors.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, even in challenging or time-sensitive situations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools.
  • Freelance Experience: Prior success as a freelance consultant or independent contractor is a plus.
  • HR Services Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HR services landscape, including current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
