Job Description
- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive telesales strategies aligned with residential sales goals and targeted vertical markets to achieve performance of the sales team.
- Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for measuring the success of telesales initiatives
- Oversee the planning and execution of lead generation and prospecting activities through telesales channels.
- Implement strategies to optimize the performance of the telesales portfolio, including setting targets, monitoring metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement telesales approaches for effective customer engagement, relationship building, and conveying value propositions.

- With minimal 4 years experiences as Telesales Strategist or Relevant role
