Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for ensuring products quality and safety are in compliance with Lemonilo Standard
- On site verification on QC of process and product
- Product releasing on site
- Analyze product issue or quality issue, and make report
- Continuous improvement on quality and safety
Qualifications:
- Education : D3/S1 Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry
- Minimal 1 year experience as quality control in food manufacturing industry
- Technical skills : understand principle of food safety and food quality, sampling, panel testing, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000 or others food safety standard, good at data analysis
- Soft skills : initiative, attention to detail, good communication, observative, integrity, problem solver, able to work individually or as a team
