The QA Assistant will serve as the key communication bridge between the Korean and Indonesian teams, ensuring that information is clearly conveyed and understood across cultural and language barriers. Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Korean and Indonesian teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Translate and interpret discussions, documents, and emails between English and Korean to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and translating key points when necessary.
  • Proactively follow up on action items and ensure that all parties are aligned and informed on project updates.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare, format, and deliver comprehensive reports, meeting summaries, and project updates for the Korean Manager.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports that highlight project progress, challenges, and potential risks.
  • Document all communications and interactions to maintain an accurate record of discussions and decisions made.
  • Organize and manage shared documents to ensure that all teams have access to the latest information.
  • Support Korean Manager:
  • Assist the Korean Manager in preparing presentations, status reports, and any other documentation required for internal and external meetings.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing correspondence.
  • Translate verbal and written communications when necessary to facilitate the Korean Manager’s interactions with the Indonesian team.
  • Facilitating Collaboration:
  • Bridge any cultural or language barriers that may arise, ensuring that the working relationship between the Indonesian and Korean teams is smooth and efficient.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any misunderstandings or miscommunications that could impact project progress.
  • Develop strong relationships with both the Indonesian and Korean teams to better understand their needs and expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Recommend and implement improvements to communication and reporting processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and cultural nuances that may impact cross-team communication.
