What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Assisting the Customer Delight Team in analyzing upcoming roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Acting as liaison for internal stakeholders to ensure internal teamwork across function is running smoothly and help needed is met
  • Ensuring paperwork and documentations are thoroughly done mainly related to payment Martech Vendor.
  • Liase with Tech & Developer team related to Customer Delight Product Roadmap development.
  • Maintaining relationship with internal & external partners through regular communication and updates.

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • University degree, preferred in Business, Computer Science major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
