What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Assisting the Customer Delight Team in analyzing upcoming roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Acting as liaison for internal stakeholders to ensure internal teamwork across function is running smoothly and help needed is met
- Ensuring paperwork and documentations are thoroughly done mainly related to payment Martech Vendor.
- Liase with Tech & Developer team related to Customer Delight Product Roadmap development.
- Maintaining relationship with internal & external partners through regular communication and updates.
What Is Required and What We’re Looking For
- University degree, preferred in Business, Computer Science major
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel, word and PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
