We are looking for a dynamic CVS Manager (NPC) to lead our team in driving the growth of the NPC diagnostic business across hospital and retail segments in Indonesia. In this role, you’ll craft innovative marketing strategies, forge key partnerships, and shape new business models that keep us ahead in a fast-evolving industry. You’ll define the vision, spearhead product launches, and make strategic decisions that ensure commercial success.

Your Opportunity

  • Lead and guide the NPC (Near Patient Care) Customer Value and Solutions Marketing team, managing Roche’s entire portfolio of blood glucose monitoring solutions across both hospital POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) and retail channels
  • Develop, co-create, and implement NPC marketing plans in alignment with the sales team, while ensuring consistency with global, regional, and local Marketing Plans
  • Drive the execution of key marketing initiatives, holding accountability for overall return on investment to achieve sales and operating profit targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Develop and implement KOL strategies and build physician champions across various product areas
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, product performance, and competitive activities to implement timely and effective marketing strategies
  • Develop and oversee internal and external training programs, ensuring optimal delivery and execution to enhance team and customer knowledge
  • Lead new product launches, manage product updates, and forecast launch demand to ensure adequate supply
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply chain, distributors, and customers) to determine recommended end-market pricing, manage product listings and de-listings, and develop a pricing strategy that balances profit and volume

Who You Are:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university (local or overseas) with a major in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, or other Science and Technology fields. An MBA is an advantage
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrates team management and people development skills, exhibiting courageous authenticity and building trust with individuals at all levels
  • Shows a passion for and actively role models VACC leadership, with a proven ability to lead with a creative mindset while acting as a coach and mentor to others
