Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience (CX) strategies, including NPS and CSAT surveys.
  • Oversee strategy planning and execution, collaborating with other departments.
  • Create effective customer communication strategies.
  • Foster customer engagement through partnerships and activities.
  • Implement a process to address customer dissatisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in customer management or customer experience, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Familiar with Customer Satisfaction or NPS Survey.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to supervise and liaise with cross-functional teams.
