Marketing Officer

As a marketing officer in Peponi, you will be involved as a core leader in growth marketing to ensure every marketing efforts running as planned. You are required to be an out-of-the-box person with tons of feasible ideas to be executed. You will work together with our astonishing marketing team including: social media officer, copywriter, and graphic designer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and execute marketing plans
• Develop marketing plan to create sales conversion as targeted
• Create plan and schedule the editorial calendar for content publication on social media, website and other marketing platforms
• Supervise social media performance
• Execute and evaluate product promotion and marketing campaign
• Collaborate and execute marketing campaign with brand partners
• Research new and relevant trends in social media and technology
• Analyze the result of all marketing efforts
• Develop engagement strategy with online audiences through social media platforms: Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Youtube, and others.
• Track, measure, and analyze all marketing activities

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Communication / Marketing / similar
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in digital marketing
• Creative and experts in running digital and offline campaign
• Deep knowledge in marketing channels and tools
• Preferred: Good skills in graphic design and video editing (ex: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, etc.)
