About The Role
As a Driver Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available data for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and combine it with the local insights to understand the problems and pain points of our driver-partners (Gojek Driver) that will improve their overall satisfactions that will increase their stickiness in our platform. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.

As a Driver Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available data for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and combine it with the local insights to understand the problems and pain points of our driver-partners (Gojek Driver) that will improve their overall satisfactions that will increase their stickiness in our platform. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.
What You Will Do
- Strategize, formulate and execute initiatives related to financial products (eg. cash loan, insurance, saving, etc), inc. envisioning & designing future product & business roadmap
- Ensure all the managed accounts (e.g. bank account) and transactions are balanced and accurate.
- Leading the reconciliation process every month to ensure the numbers are aligned with the accounting statements.
- Facilitate clear communication with relevant stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Oversees the task completion within the team members and ensures the resources are used efficiently.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies of the lifecycle product and initiate the product improvement.
- Regularly improve the internal process and workflows.
- Min. 5 years of working experience. Attention to details to prevent mistakes and provide accuracy.
- Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including pivot table and basic formula (like VLOOKUP, SUM, etc) to manage large datasets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross functions and external parties.
- Capable of delegating tasks and responsibilities in an appropriate way.
- Strong ability to identify discrepancies, errors, and issues in financial data and take corrective action.
- Someone with ability to operate SQL & data visualization is preferredSomeone from financial industry &finance background is preferred
