About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in Indonesia, one of our key strategic markets. This senior position will be responsible for driving business development, building strategic relationships across the ecosystem, and establishing Liminal as the go-to wallet infrastructure provider in Indonesia. The role reports to the AVP, Sales and will work closely with our global team while having significant autonomy in developing the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Indonesia
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including regulators, industry associations, and enterprise prospects
  • Represent Liminal at industry events and conferences as a thought leader
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to shape product strategy and localization needs

Direct Sales Leadership

  • Drive new business acquisition across all segments, with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for strategic accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure complex deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in prospect and client organizations
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets consistently

Account Management

  • Oversee the growth and retention of all Indonesian accounts
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Liminal solutions
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to ensure technical success

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex technical solutions
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital asset landscape, including regulatory framework and key players
  • Strong technical foundation in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency infrastructure
  • Established network within the Indonesian financial services and digital asset ecosystem
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with regulators and industry bodies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with sales execution
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand technical concepts
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Must be based in Jakarta
