Job Description

  • Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for tutors, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Required qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in tutoring, coaching, education, or educational program management
  • Teaching or tutoring certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective tutoring & mentoring techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and tutoring platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of tutors.
