Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material)

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor the workflow in the material warehouse area.
• Supervise & ensure the Warehouse team follows established procedures.
• Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely management of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks.
• Maintain that the material storage in the warehouse area is well-organized.
• Verify material stock accuracy against data and physical inventory.
• Conduct monthly stock opname.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a D3 or S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an inventory supervisor.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership ability, with experience managing a team (minimum of 20 members).
