Admin E-commerce
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin E-commerce to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our online store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer experiences. As an Admin E-commerce, you will be responsible for maintaining product listings, processing orders, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Ensure smooth order processing, including payment validation, shipping, and tracking.
Responsible for managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and prices.
Monitor and maintain stock levels on e-commerce platforms.
Manage customer inquiries and feedback through multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
Provide timely and professional responses to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies across platforms.
Assist in planning and executing e-commerce promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum High School or Diploma (D3) in any major.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
Experience in managing product listings, inventory, and order processing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy in managing listings, processing orders, and handling transactions.
Willing to work in Jakarta Pusat
