You’ll be responsible for managing daily activities, helping your team succeed, and providing a top-tier shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the boutique team to meet sales goals.
  2. Recruit, train, and support staff to ensure excellent service.
  3. Provide an outstanding, personalized shopping experience for every customer.
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  5. Drive sales and ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
  6. Manage inventory, track stock levels, and organize restocking.
  7. Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
  9. Keep the store visually appealing with effective merchandising.
  10. Collaborate with marketing to promote in-store events and offers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Experience with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data.
  • Passion for jewelry and design.
  • A degree or relevant experience is a plus.
