Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator (RAB) at PT Guna Cipta Kreasi in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimations, analyzing project budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) and cost breakdowns for construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
  • Conduct material quantity take-offs and ensure cost calculations align with project requirements.
  • Obtain and review quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Monitor cost changes, provide updates on budget variances, and revise estimates as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry guidelines, and project timelines

Qualifications

  • D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Having experience of at least 2 years as an Estimator preferably on construction industry
  • Able to estimate, verify and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including costs of materials, labor and equipment.
  • Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
