This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Account Manager at IPDC Training Institute in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing account strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Other tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' needs.
- Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales skills
- Experience in developing account strategies and business development
- Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of training and consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
