Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and business goals, ensuring their expectations are aligned with marketing strategies.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing updates, and maintaining regular communication.
- Translate client goals into actionable digital marketing plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Participate in pitches and proposals for new clients, contributing to the development of creative strategies and presentations.
- Facilitate clear communication between different departments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Handle unexpected situations such as campaign underperformance or technical issues with the help of relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Graduated from university (preferably Communication Major).
- Stay informed of all new trends in social media.
- Strong at logical thinking and problem solving, accurate efficient, timely and detailed oriented.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
- Attractive and presentable.
- Fluent in English.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Preferably domicile in Bandung area.
