Hours: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales, and service.
  • Drive sustainable growth by enhancing client’s capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide support for lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
  • Using the Customer Acquisition Strategy & other Implementations to assisting clients in their strategies to grow and acquire new customers. This involves acquiring new customers involves persuading consumers to purchase a company's products and/or services.
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments. The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, which requires multiple conversations with each advertiser assigned.
  • Providing vital product insights & feedback, from their own experience using the Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Inside Sales (Digital Ad Sales Expertise is a Plus)
  • Bahasa and English language written and verbal communication
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
