Position Summary:

MDI Tack is seeking an experienced and client-oriented Training Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll consult with clients to understand their unique training requirements and collaborate closely with Trainers and Program Directors to develop and deliver impactful training proposals. You’ll build lasting relationships and provide continuous support to ensure each training initiative meets client goals and fosters ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and Advise: Engage with clients to assess their training needs, providing insights and recommendations to align with their strategic objectives.
• Proposal Development: Work closely with Trainers and Program Directors to craft customized training proposals that meet client goals and highlight MDI Tack’s unique value.
• Client Communication: Establish clear, consistent communication with clients before, during, and after training sessions to ensure seamless execution and address any questions or feedback.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, proactively understanding their evolving needs and exploring opportunities for future training partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, corporate training, or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
