Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the interior contracting field, with expertise in large-scale projects.
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Interior Design.
Technical Skills:
- Able to read and understand layout drawings.
- Strong design sense.
- Proficient in CAD and Photoshop.
- Managerial & Coordination Skills:
- Strong coordination skills with various teams (costing, technical support, PPIC, customer, sales).
- Experience in monitoring factory operations in furniture manufacturing.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of interior contracting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Service-oriented and solution-driven.
Job Description:
Operational Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the factory's production and quality targets in alignment with company goals.
Operational Supervision:
- Oversee the complete process, from initial project leads, technical support (drawings, layout, BQ, RAB), costing, proposal preparation, and sales order processing in the Odoo system, to billing, ensuring timely completion of both private and government projects.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, and installation schedules (BAST process) to meet customer expectations.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Management, Sales, Costing, Technical Support, PPIC, Supply Chain, QC, HCGA, Production, Finance, R&D/D&E, PM, and Creative to ensure project alignment and success.
Technical Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Evaluate all operational activities and provide technical or non-technical guidance to the team.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues arising both internally and on-site.
Work System Development:
- Enhance work processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Implement relevant innovations in the furniture and interior design sectors.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to management regarding achievements, challenges, and solutions implemented.
