ESG Manager

This position will lead and execute the company’s sustainability initiatives, working closely with the Head of Corporate Communication to align sustainability strategies with corporate objectives. This role involves driving sustainable practices across operations, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and effectively communicating sustainability achievements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sustainability strategy and development programs that aligned with the company’s vision and goals by identify key sustainability priorities and set measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, investors, and regulators to communicate sustainability goals and progress by addressing stakeholder inquiries related to sustainability initiatives transparently.
• Manage the analysis of sustainability data, providing meaningful insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and report ESG data in compliance with global sustainability standards.
• Develop clear, compelling sustainability reports in presenting sustainability achievements to media, investors, and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Environmental Engineering or related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in ESG-related roles or sustainability management
• Have experience in sustainability or corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, environmental compliance, governance, and social impact programs.
• Familiar with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and global standards.
