Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and issues via email, chat, and text.
- Assist with property selection, reservations, and payment processing.
- Managing room availability and preventing overbooking.
- Address complaints professionally and escalate as needed & Enter maintenance requests based on guest feedback.
- Provide property details, and process payments.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and follow-up on leads using CRM software.
- Respond to reviews and analyze feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
- Assist property owners, process reports, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance) in case of issues
General Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years in a Reservation role, preferably in hospitality. Experience in BookandLink, Airbnb, booking.com, Tiket.com, Expedia, Agoda is a plus .
- Multitasking & Resilience: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English and strong communication skills (additional language skills are a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing customer needs, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
