As expansion continues, our client is seeking a General Manager professional with at least 3 years’ experience for the job of branch manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Manage budgets and oversee departmental objectives for sales and aftersales.
• Ensure compliance with principal and local statutory standards.

• Plan manpower needs and recruit, coach, and develop employees.
• Monitor industry trends and implement measures to enhance market share and profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial policies and operational processes.
• Develop succession planning for leadership continuity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a branch manager or similar leadership role.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
