- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Creative/Social Media Specialist or Senior Copywriter or Social Media Manager/Lead
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in advertising, communications, or related discipline
- Experienced in translating business objectives into creative strategies.
- Able to work independently from idea generation through to creative execution, espc. Copywriting.
- Possess strong copywriting skills, demonstrated by experience writing copy for ATL or BTL products in both professional and freelance work.
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a creative role at an advertising agency, in-house agency, or journalist is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of pop culture, including music, film, and other popular cultural trends.
- Professional experience managing social media content (Meta, TikTok, X).
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Significant management and leadership experience.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques
- Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
- Clear, confident communication abilities
- Effective time-management skills
