Job Title : IT Business Analyst
Location: Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
Employment Type: Contract Based - 3 Month
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IT Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting both business and technical requirements, analyzing, identifying, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.
Responsibilities
• Business & Technical Requirement Management: Develop and document comprehensive business and technical requirements for IT projects.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze, identify, and translate business needs into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for existing applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and external vendors) to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Testing & Implementation: Participate actively in testing phases and the implementation of IT solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Health/Life Insurance industry and its processes is a plus.
• SCRUM Framework: Experience working within the SCRUM framework and agile methodologies.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong technical and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Health and Life Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of SCRUM framework and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
