My client, a growing Consumer Health MNC is experiencing an exciting phase of expansion. As such, they are looking for an E-Commerce Lead to oversee and drive eCommerce performance in the Indonesia market. They are looking for an individual to lead the development and execution of online sales strategies to drive growth and profitability across key platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development and execution of strategies to enhance online sales, focusing on driving GMV and EBIT across platforms such as eCommerce marketplaces.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with eCommerce retailers and enablers to ensure smooth operations and optimize sales performance.
• Use performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and merchandising to drive business growth.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau to analyze performance data and enhance campaigns.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align efforts and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
• Direct experience in eCommerce strategy and operations, ideally within FMCG or consumer healthcare field.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with e-retailers and eCommerce platforms.
• Expertise in using data analysis tools.
• A self-motivated individual with an innovative approach to digital commerce, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
