Overview: The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives for Savaya Bali, driving creative campaigns, managing partnerships, and executing media strategies. This role will involve leadership of a team and work closely with key departments to ensure marketing efforts are integrated across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the marketing team, including admins, coordinators, supervisors, and creatives.

Oversee the annual marketing calendar and budget.

Report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Develop and execute creative campaigns to promote the venue and events.

Serve as the main liaison across departments, ensuring marketing supports other teams.

Balance creative and organizational tasks effectively, managing videographers, photographers, and deadlines.

Oversee media relationships and outreach strategies.

Contribute to both paid and organic digital marketing strategies.

Conceptualize marketing collateral and advertisements as needed.

Collaborate with the graphic and digital teams to ensure content aligns with the brand and is innovative.

Stay up-to-date with trends in pop culture, influencers, and events to capitalize on new opportunities for the venue.

Manage event marketing, working with the team to brainstorm and create new event concepts.

Keep up to date with local and global DJ and celebrity talent for event bookings.

Drive continuous improvements to marketing processes, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Assist with creative brainstorms, content creation (graphics, photography, videography), and event planning.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Strong passion for both creative work and fun in the nightclub environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to craft compelling content for different target audiences while maintaining the brand’s voice.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively.

Proven experience in creating digital assets for brands and high-profile talent with a passionate audience.

Extensive experience with social media, including current and emerging platforms.

Demonstrated success with digital strategies, including social media advertising and influencer partnerships.

Strong ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Self-starter with an innovative mindset, capable of leading change and driving results.

Comfort with changes in job responsibilities and work environments.

High level of confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications:

7-9 years of marketing experience, preferably in nightlife or hospitality.

Proven track record in managing and executing brand campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Expertise with Adobe Suite, Premiere, and Final Cut is a plus.

Strong communication, research, presentation, and creative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
