We are a fast-growing fintech company, seeking an experienced User Growth Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires not only strong marketing expertise but also investment experience, as well as a solid understanding of product marketing for mobile apps. As the Growth Manager, you will oversee a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, user acquisition, business development, and event marketing. You will also lead the marketing team, ensuring our strategies align with business goals and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business revenue.

• Brand Development: Craft a strong brand strategy, define our unique selling proposition (USP), and create go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and features, to enhance brand visibility, customer education, and lead generation.

• Product Marketing: Develop campaigns that resonate with customers interested in financial products, particularly investments, ensuring the messaging and offers are well-aligned with their needs.

• Digital Marketing & Performance Monitoring: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and app promotion to drive user acquisition and engagement. Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust marketing strategies to meet or exceed goals.

• Business Development & Partnerships: Conduct offline marketing events and form partnerships to drive business development, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing commercial contributions.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to meet marketing objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and manage the marketing team, and provide mentorship and guidance. Work closely with compliance, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, and competitive strategies, and explore new marketing channels and technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

• Solid investment experience with a deep understanding of financial products and customer needs.

• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in developing and implementing marketing plans across multiple channels.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, user acquisition, and content marketing.

• A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
