Role and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound call and Live chat (complaint, inquiry and other request), giving prompt answers to customer questions

• Handle and gather confidential information from customer

• Prepare report activity and report complaint and feedback from customer

• Handling dispute process or help customer to solve the problem they have with our product

• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Call Center

• Education Requirement Diploma Degree from any major

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficiency working on a computer/basic computer software and administration

• AFPI Customer Service Certification
