About The Role :
As an IT Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing technical architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and driving best practices in development processes. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable, performant, and reliable applications that meet business needs
Job Descriptions :
• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
• Provide technical direction, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high standards in coding practices and architecture.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Go (Golang).
• Architect and build modern web applications with Next.js for frontend development.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and integrations with backend services.
• Drive performance optimization and scalability of applications across platforms
• Help with resource planning, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, risks, and technical challenges
Requirements :
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience or certifications / courses, is required.
• Must have at least more than 5 years of experience in in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in Go, Next.js, and Flutter
• Strong expertise in designing and building backend services and APIs with Go.
• Experience with Next.js to build fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications.
• Expertise in developing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, including experience with Dart programming language.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments
• Strong understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Proficiency in Git and experience setting up or managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, architecture patterns, and design patterns (e.g., microservices, MVC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading teams in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, including both backend (Go) and frontend (Next.js, Flutter)
