Job Description:
• Supporting the implementation of marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and market penetration for XFITZ, focusing on positioning the product as a healthy and effective diet beverage.
• Assisting the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and other promotions, ensuring that the messaging is consistent with XFITZ’s brand identity and mission.
• Managing XFITZ’s social media accounts and monitoring engagement, as well as supporting digital advertising campaigns such as pay-per-click, influencer marketing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Planning and coordinating promotional programs or events, such as product sampling, influencer collaborations, or offline events to attract new consumers and enhance customer loyalty.
• Gathering data and conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, trends in the diet beverage category, and competitor activities, and providing recommendations based on the analysis.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure promotional materials and campaigns are effectively applied across various distribution channels, including retail, online marketplaces, and distributors.
• Preparing periodic campaign performance reports, including analysis of marketing program effectiveness and providing input for future strategies based on existing data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, health, or dietary supplement industries.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and familiar with digital advertising strategies (e.g., pay-per-click, influencer marketing, e-commerce promotions).
• Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and preparing performance reports to inform future strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales, product, and distribution teams to implement campaigns effectively
