Marketing Activation Executive

What You Will Do

• Plan and coordinate activities for pre-activation, during activation, and post-activation phases.
• Coordinate with supervisors and related teams to ensure the smooth execution of the event as planned.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to support event needs.
• Manage the execution process during the event, ensuring all technical, logistical, and promotional requirements are met.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and build relationships with sponsors to secure funding or relevant materials.
• Conduct follow-ups and evaluations after the event, including preparing performance and event execution reports.
• Prepare event result reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Manage promotional and communication activities related to the event, both through digital and offline channels.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum education is S1 or D3, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Management, MICE, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or event activation, including offline events such as exhibitions, seminars, competitions, and workshops, as well as online activities like influencer activation, digital competitions, and cross-promotion with partners.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under supervisor guidance.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Capable of identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors to support events.
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
• Creative and innovative in designing engaging event concepts that align with target markets.
• Analytical and reporting skills to evaluate event outcomes.
