Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain business documentation and important archives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and company events.
  • Assist in budget and expenditure management.
  • Handle business correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Provide other administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or business management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
