Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth across multiple social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. If you are passionate about social media, skilled in content creation plan, and have an eye for strategy, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with JHG’s marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Created and executed content plans for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platform.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social channels with visually appealing and cohesive content.

2. Content Creation and Community Engagement

  • Create engaging and visually compelling posts, stories, and other content for our social platforms.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, initiating conversations, and building brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and community figures to promote JHG’s brand and Services.

3. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance, using insights to make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, new platform features, and competitor activities to keep our approach innovative.

4. Customer Support and Feedback

  • Address customer inquiries on social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor feedback, comments, and direct messages to ensure a positive brand reputation.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • We Prioritize Experience not your Degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related role, ideally in content management & Planner.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Social media Tools.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Skilled in crafting engaging content, with storytelling abilities.

Industry Knowledge

  • Passionate about the Travel industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and community best practices.
  • Familiarity with Travel communities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Immediate availability after completing the interview process.
  • Experience in managing multiple brands.
  • Have an experience for KOL or basic collaboration with public figure.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Adaptable, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and new social media technologies.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing change and multiple priorities with ease.

Additional Information
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, if required.
  • Experience with Travel Industry & tourism is a bonus.
