  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our product development and documentation efforts. You will work closely with the product and software development teams to create essential documentation, data reports, flowcharts, and user manuals, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all product-related information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making and product improvements.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation for various products, including features, specifications, and technical details.
  • Develop clear, visual flowcharts to outline product workflows and processes.
  • Write comprehensive user manuals and guides for end-users, ensuring ease of understanding.
  • Review and validate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Works with cross functional teams including infrastructure, compliance, engineering, etc.
  • Support Product Manager and CTO in managing product development process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 month of internship experience in a similar role or with relevant experience in product documentation and data reporting. Preferably in Financial Product
  • Familiarity with software development processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion), flowcharting software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and data reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in making raw data into reports using Ms. Excel or other tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation.
  • Enjoy challenges and adaptable to changes
  • Language proficiency: English Written (must have), Mandarin (nice to have)
