Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Loyalty Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty programs, analyzing customer data, enhancing customer retention strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in financial services industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
