Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for, but not limited to, managing behind the curtain of Training Team to ensure smooth operation and impactful interventions:
- Managing training materials and documentation to ensure Training Team accountability
- Managing LMS to ensure smooth operation, regular assignments, and reporting.
- Maintaining training evaluation data and providing feedback to improve existing processes.
- Creating and delivering accurate and timely communication materials to Sales Promotion teams.
- Intensively communicating with related departments to understand and ensure the accuracy of communication materials created.
- Ensuring trainers understand the communication materials prior to its announcement.
- Occasionally delivering training materials.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as trainer or training support, or other fields which regularly creating communication materials or infographics
- Skillful in using design software is a an advantage.
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
- Self starter and outgoing personality who is not afraid to initiate interaction with new people.
