Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible for, but not limited to, managing behind the curtain of Training Team to ensure smooth operation and impactful interventions:
    • Managing training materials and documentation to ensure Training Team accountability
    • Managing LMS to ensure smooth operation, regular assignments, and reporting.
    • Maintaining training evaluation data and providing feedback to improve existing processes.
  • Creating and delivering accurate and timely communication materials to Sales Promotion teams.
  • Intensively communicating with related departments to understand and ensure the accuracy of communication materials created.
  • Ensuring trainers understand the communication materials prior to its announcement.
  • Occasionally delivering training materials.
Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as trainer or training support, or other fields which regularly creating communication materials or infographics
  • Skillful in using design software is a an advantage.
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any major
  • Self starter and outgoing personality who is not afraid to initiate interaction with new people.
