Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure thorough testing coverage and project alignment.
- Oversee test execution for banking migration projects, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory standards.
- Utilize Jira and Zephyr for test case management, tracking, and reporting.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with QA team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and test readiness.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years in a test management or senior QA role, preferably within banking and finance domains.
- Proficiency in Jira and Zephyr for managing test activities.
- Proven experience in managing or supporting banking migration projects.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and applications, specifically in a financial services context.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: ISTQB or CSTE certification.
- Project Management: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and previous experience with Agile tools and practices.
- Banking Domain Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to banking migrations.
