Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product on a technical level to provide expert support.
- Provide pre-consultation to prospective clients, advising on how they can improve their business practices using our solutions.
- Participate in the proposal phase of projects, offering technical insights to support the development of tailored solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of the company’s product, managing the onboarding process through to project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing and resolving any issues during project implementation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Maintain strong pre-sales activity, ensuring high client satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, with a strong technical understanding of the product.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with experience delivering compelling presentations and managing contract discussions.
- Business opportunity identification – Ability to recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and ensuring project success.
