About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our global team and support our journey of connection and remembrance. This isn’t just another role; it’s an opportunity to work alongside passionate changemakers, championing the meaningful work we do while building a strong foundation in sales and operations.
What You’ll Do Here
- Fuel the Mission: Dive into tasks like data entry, setting up appointments, documentation, and meeting & call coordination to keep our sales team running smoothly and focused on impact.
- Become a Research Pro: Identify potential contacts and key decision-makers, and gather operational insights to empower our sales team’s strategy and decision-making.
- Stay Organised: Gather, organize, and prepare campaign materials to support sales initiatives and presentations. Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, client information, and sales-related data, and generate reports as requested to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
- Assist with Precision: Prepare detailed requests for proposals or tender documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to meet deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate and Collaborate: Keep customer and lead records updated in our database for accurate follow-ups and reports. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure clear communication, quick problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. Foster a positive and efficient environment within the sales team, supporting clear communication and streamlined operations.
- Global Flexibility: Occasionally support meetings beyond the 9-to-5, working across time zones to connect with our global team and contribute to the Chronicle vision.
Who You Are
- A recent Bachelor’s graduate (or equivalent) is eager to make an impact in the business world. Relevant certifications or coursework in business administration or management are a plus.
- A natural communicator with solid English skills, both spoken and written.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Curious and proactive, especially in research and information synthesis.
- Familiar with AI tools, CRM, or Notion? That’s a bonus!
- Open to relocating to the vibrant hub of Bali and becoming part of our Chronicle community.
